Important notice regarding arrival time
Customers please can you ensure that ALL of the people attending your party arrive at the Centre AT LEAST 10 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR PARTY IS DUE TO COMMENCE. We are extremely busy on Saturdays and Sundays, therefore any late arrivals may not be able to participate in the game session as we must keep to time to prevent delays for other customer’s parties. Please be aware the refunds will not be given.

General Terms & Conditions

• At all times children are the responsibility of the supervising adult / guardian. Laser Quest does not provide services of supervision to children using the centre, although Laser Quest games are supervised by staff.
  

• Crew members are present to ensure the correct use of the Laser Quest equipment, access first aid facilities and to implement the centre rules.
  

• We cannot guarentee to accomadate extra players without being given prior notice. Increasing numbers is subject to availability.
  

• We advise wearing flat shoes with a sole that grips.
  

• No food or beverages may be taken into, or consumed in the kit-up area (also known as the Airlock) or the arena at any time.
  

• Smoking is strictly prohibited within the building at all times. Smoke sensors operate throughout the centre.
  

• Due to the size of the Laser Quest equipment and the nature of the game, it is deemed unsuitable for children under the age of 7 or less than 4ft tall.
  

• Use of foul and abusive language is prohibited.
  

• Threatening or intimidating behaviour towards any of our staff or customers will not be tolerated, and will be reported to the police.
  

• Anyone deemed to be under the influence of intoxicating beverages or illegal substances will be refused entry to the centre.
  

• The company does not accept responsibility or liability for lost or damaged possessions. Customers leave their belongings in the Kit-up area or seating areas at their own risk.
  

• All players participate at their own risk.  The company does not accept liability for loss or injury of any nature caused through misuse of Laser Quest equipment, lack of parental supervision or failure to comply with the Centre Rules.
  

• The company reserves all rights to admission.
  

• The company reserves the right to alter times, attractions and prices without notification.
  

• Laser Quest is played in a dark, smokey and unusual environment. If you are unsure about its suitablity, please discuss your concerns with a member of staff beforehand.
  

• Players must arrive at least 15 minutes before their first game. During busier periods game sessions may be delayed. Late arrivals may miss their game slot, in which case no refund will be offered.
  

• General public games are open to players of all ages and abilities.
  

• The maximum number of packs available is subject to change.  Whilst every effort is made to maintain the maximum number of packs, there may be occasions when this is not possible.
  

• Each game session of Laser Quest lasts for a total of 20 minutes. 5 minutes is allocated for the kit-up and game briefing, and 15 minutes for game play.
  

• Terms and conditions are subject to change.  Please check before participating.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Please note that for any advanced bookings you will be charged a non-refundable deposit. The deposit amount is 50% of the total cost of the booking, including extras.
  

• Should you need to cancel the booking then you will lose your 50% deposit or the full balance of your booking if you have paid in full in advance.
  

• Should you need to move your booking, it is at the sole discretion of the management as to whether they will allow this or if there are available game slots on alternative dates. We will always try to accomodate customers but in the event that this is not possible then your booking deposit will be lost.
  

• Please notify changes in group size for any party bookings at least 2-3 days before your booking. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee availability if you wish to increase player numbers.
  

• Laser Quest reserves the right to charge for players who do not attend.

Safety Rules

• YOU NEED TO BE AT LEAST 7 YEARS OLD TO PLAY LASER QUEST.
  

• NO RUNNING.
  

• FLAT OR LOW HEELED FOOTWEAR ONLY - NO OPEN TOE SHOES OR FLIP FLOPS PLEASE.
  

• NO PHYSICAL CONTACT WITH OTHER PLAYERS.
  

• DO NOT CLIMB ON THE SCENERY.
  

• DO NOT CROUCH OR LIE DOWN.
  

• HOLD THE LASER GUN WITH 2 HANDS.
  

• LASER QUEST IS PLAYED IN A DARK AND UNUSUAL ENVIRONMENT WITH LOUD MUSIC, LIGHTING AND SMOKE EFFECTS.  IF YOU ARE UNSURE ABOUT YOUR SUITABILITY FOR THIS THEN PLEASE SPEAK TO A MARSHALL.
  

• ANY PERSON WITH A MEDICAL CONDITION SHOULD CONSIDER THAT LASER QUEST IS A GAME THAT REQUIRES SIGNIFICANT PHYSICAL EXERTION.
